This is NOT an ORDINARY CAMP!!
The boys learn basic maintenance such as fluid checks and oil changes as well as the mechanics of the 4 cycle engine in small engine class.
SMALL ENGINE MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
All instructors are adult volunteers with experience in their field.
Each day is packed with sessions and other activities such as Orienteering, STREAM Team activities (catching crawdads!), Fishing, and Campfires.
Small group size provides for safety and individual training. In the wood shop, the boys concentrates on use of hand and power tools, quality finishing of wood, and individual creativity.

WOOD SHOP PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE BOYS TO LEARN SHOP SAFETY, USE OF POWER TOOLS SUCH AS JIGSAW, BANDSAW, SANDERS, AND SCROLL SAWS. THE TRAINING INCLUDED BASIC CARPENTRY SKILLS AND EACH BOY MAKES HIS OWN PROJECT WITH THE SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT.
